Seems to me that it is, but I am not edumacated enough to say for sure.
And when donald says he is going to scrap parts of the Constitution, shouldn't admitting to that be unlawful or do we have to wait until it's too late to matter?
Of course, I am VERY hopeful that it doesn't ever come to that horrible conclusion.
I find it hilarious that when JD talks about childless people and his interpretation that they should have fewer
rights than people WITH children, he is alienating at least 1/2 of his own base, who are incels. What a dumbass.

It still boggles my mind that the Republican Party is running a Convicted Felon and Insurrectionist for President of the
United States. A man who attempted to overthrow a fair election with force. A convicted rapists. A convicted fraudster.
I just don't understand how this could happen in this country.
I'm 67 years old and will NEVER understand how this is ok. 
Oh, and I am a WDFH. 
WE will gather more votes in November. Will they count?
This is what scares me the MOST about Novembers election. What can be done to keep it from happening?
Just more proof imo, that We the People mean

The ONLY good thing to come from this SCOTUS ruling is that now....
IF asswipe were to steal another election, he cannot prosecute Joe Biden. He could have him shot, but he can't prosecute him. 
Of course, that doesn't apply to all of the rest of the Democrats.
I haven't been this depressed since that awful night that tfg was declared the winner of the presidential election
over Hillary Clinton. It was a gut punch that took a long time to get over....we are still feeling the terrible ramifications of that night.
THIS decision by the SCOTUS has hit me just as hard because of the god-awful ramifications it WILL have on our Democracy.
I am told that we are the most long lived democracy in the history of man, but we may well be seeing it's demise.
