(10,892 posts)Its just that Im cursed with being a very hairy dude.
And all women that I know dont dig hair everywhere.
It gets pretty expensive to have it all shaved, waxed, or lasered.
Im too old to care now, but in my younger days it was a major hassle.

(29,100 posts)As for hair, there's a remedy for that -- It's called Shaving.
Funtatlaguy
(10,892 posts)shaving doesnt cut it...so to speak.
More drastic, costly measures are needed.
Im talking Chewbacca type hairy.
His beard looks like mine. Bet he shaves his face at least twice a day and layers on the makeup.
Hes just cursed with too much testosterone.
My Mom was extremely hairy. She had electrolysis twice a week on face and arms.
She was very self conscious about it.
Unfortunately, she passed those genes on to me. But, Dad wasnt really hairy at all, ironically.
whathehell
(29,100 posts)and I'm guessing that's not the case.

(11,803 posts)But as I approach 50, it's like puberty all over again. Hair popping up in all kinds of weird places. Like, ear hair? What the hell is that?

(61,709 posts)Of extreme hirsutism, but hey, if a guy is the right guy for me, I can deal. I have plenty of little irritating problems as well that a brave man puts up with every day.
LuckyCharms
(17,469 posts)and shave her upper lip. Now I know where I got my extreme hair from. Like you, my dad was not overly hairy.

(8,016 posts)Since when is having body hair a negative? Guys without body hair look like large babies. Ummm... besides, my guy of almost 32 years is hairy.
GoCubsGo
(32,098 posts)I'll never understand why people are so hell-bent on looking like prepubescent children. I'm so old, I remember when having chest hair was a sign of manhood (in men, of course.) Are they afraid to grow up?
radical noodle
(8,016 posts)I'm beginning to think that fads are developed (like having no body hair) to get people to spend a lot of money on stuff they don't really need.

(1,823 posts)At this point, I will take the hair because he is smart. Plus he doesnt yell at the camera.

(32,098 posts)I will add that Scarborough really has evolved into a somewhat better person. I credit Mika for that. But, he's still nowhere even close to being like Ari.
Laura PourMeADrink
(42,770 posts)Mika for it. Maybe the softening part. If you watch Joe enough it is obvious to me that he is a very learned Republican. There are a handful of them...who because of their inate intelligence they have put two and two together. Steve Schmidt and George Will also come to mind. And sure we all know the type in our personal lives.

(11,608 posts)Do I have proof positive? No. Never claimed to. The Coroner was crooked. That was proven. He left his job and his wife right afterwards too. Very fishy.

(20,228 posts)The intern died in 2001, in his district office in FLORIDA while he was in DC. Joe resigned from Congress months BEFORE the intern died. Joe's first marriage broke up in 1999. He married his second wife in 2001.
I'm not a Joe fan, but this shit has to stop.

(77 posts)Ari resonates with the younger crowd that is why he is in the time slot he is. He is fun to watch. Smart guy and good looking. He was on morning Joe, the later segment, this morning and was really funny.
