The general election has already begun, and Donald Trump is out-raising and out-spending Democrats online. While the Democratic candidates for President are focused on winning a competitive primary, Donald Trump is reaching voters in swing states day-in and day-out. Meanwhile, outside groups on the left have failed to match his digital investment at scale. The stakes couldnt be higher. The President and his corrupt allies want four more years.
We think Four is Enough.
Four is Enough is an unprecedented digital campaign by PACRONYM targeting swing voters in key 2020 battleground states. Through innovative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Youtube, and other platforms, Four is Enough will reach voters online and on their mobile devices and explain whats at stake in the November elections. The campaign relies on cutting-edge, real-time message testing and measurement to optimize content and drive results. While the Democratic candidates for president compete for resources and attention, PACRONYMs Four is Enough campaign will fill the gap and combat Trumps campaign directly and relentlessly online.
This is all hands on deck. It's going to take all of us having conversations, and creating and sharing content to break through and take back power. Share your voice, post content or make memes to share on your social channels telling your networks why you believe #FourIsEnough to be featured in our campaign.

(59,811 posts)David Plouffe, who helped lead both of former President Barack Obamas presidential campaigns, is joining the board of directors of ACRONYM, a liberal nonprofit group focused on digital messaging.
Plouffe said in an interview that he will advise program work at ACRONYM, as well as bolstering the organizations fundraising efforts. He joins the organization as it turns its attention toward trying to counter President Donald Trumps extensive digital operation. Trumps digital efforts have been a source of consternation among some Democratic strategists, who have argued that Trumps spending is going unchallenged online.
The general election started, and only one side is on the field, Plouffe said. I consider this to be a DEFCON 1 situation.
This isnt a 'nice to have.' It is a 'have to have.'
We know the Trump campaign continues to innovate in terms of numbers, pieces of content. I went through a presidential reelection not too long ago, and theyre spending money at a rate far beyond what we did, or [George W.] Bush did or Bill Clinton did, Plouffe said.
It also marks a turn for ACRONYM, which was founded in early 2017 in the runup to midterm elections. In 2018, the organization largely focused on state legislative battles. It has already announced plans for a $10 million online voter registration program focused on battleground states like Arizona and Florida.

(5,199 posts)Well we blew past 'enough' in the first four minutes of Trump as president.
Anything Plouffe is involved with has to have Mark Zuckerberg's seal of approval, so they don't need MY money.
