It's not the Dems who are "long winded" it's the fucking asshole magats who are lying and gaslighting the American People.

Imagine if it was the other way around?

This also is an issue that could be the final nail in Trump's reelection hopes, since most people respect and depend upon the USPS and can see this clearly as a direct attemp to suppress the vote. Unlike the Russian/Ukraine stuff (which is complex 'foreign affairs' for many) this is more tangible - Trump is removing mail boxes to slow the mail and steal the election.

Our leadership (I think) believes Trump is bluffing... trying to scare Dems into giving him the Covid relief bill he and the GOP wants.. and that by telling us to pressure our leaders Dems want the public to rise up and have it backfire on him.

USPS delivered prescriptions. If they are late or he runs out - I'm sure he'll just start conserving what he has left or not take any. He has always been independent, but this makes him less so. He'll make his phone calls, get frustrated with long waits, call his doctor, get frustrated with long waits, and maybe get in his car (not a good idea) & drive to the pharmacy (not a good idea). I'm sure I'll be helping him with this one.

#4 - events w/ those getting Rx late - He, nor I, could probably safely participate in any event gathering.

'At 3:10 Friday afternoon, NBC Montana confirmed that the removal of USPS collection boxes has been put on hold statewide. A union leader says the decision came after Friday's pressure.

In an email, a USPS representative said, "The normal operational procedure of adding/removing collections boxes based on the analysis of increases/decreases in mail volume have been placed on hold."

We first reported Friday morning that 68 United States Postal Service collection boxes are set to be removed across Montana.

Sen. Jon Tester sounded the alarm Thursday evening, sending a letter to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, demanding answers about how many collection boxes have been removed in Montana and the rationale behind those directives.'

Maybe, for whatever reason, he just sounded a little mild.

I guess I'm not sure a letter has teeth. Maybe I needed to hear that the Dems will be meeting tonight or tomorrow or asap to come up with a full-court response. Not just letters. DeJoy will ignore all such. Tester seemed tired, but perhaps I heard it wrong.

Trump must be set back on his heels with bold action by Dems in House. Charge him. Criminal Conspiracy to Circumvent an Election by Abuse of Executive Power. Compel testimony with inherent powers. Test that oppressive DoJ memo in the court, asking for immediate relief. Ask for freeze of assets, gag order, and ankle bracelet (extreme flight risk).

ACT BOLDLY. SCARE HIM.

Or lose the republic.
