From hrc, I think she said they are not but maybe there is some hope, if we had the real prez there would be pressure etc. I think someone else poisoned was transferred elsewhere. And he survived one attempt when in prison, they transferred him out of the prison for care I think. Maybe someone can go in and get him out. At the least even if he doesn’t survive to prove what caused this. What a horrific situation...😿

Functionaries might get caught or exposed carrying it out sometimes, but once he decides to kill, they get killed eventually.
