Joe Biden: Choose the light.

When I was watching Joe Biden's speech last it suddenly struck me how much his personality is so like that of my grandmother, whom I miss every day.

I will forever remember her warm embrace and her enormous heart. She was always the salve to life. After all these years, we have finally seen who Joe really is. He is a chicken soup Yiddisha mama.

And that is what America needs right now, a big bowl of chicken soup.

I apologize if this is a bit corny. But it is what I am feeling right now.

I too had a grandmother who I love and think of every day.

What a speech !!! Joe was not my first choice, and neither was Kamala, but they're making this a moment we can all be proud of. Now is the time for the fight of our lives, because the existence of every living thing is on the line. There is only one choice, and it is the most obvious choice in the history of US electoral politics.
