Rachel Carson was a pioneer in getting us on the path of saving our environment.
The last half of my career was spent working on the "Dark Side of the Moon". I worked with NASA and the Air Force at Cape Canaveral cleaning of contamination left behind in our race to Space and the Moon.
I just watched Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth again after 14 years. Every dire prediction he made in that film has come true in spades.
I live in Tallahassee and in some tiny effort to help our distressed Earth I signed up to buy my electricity from the city's solar farm.
Tomorrow I take another step for Mother Earth and early vote for Joe Biden.
