When the ACA is overturn by the Court, what can be done?

I'm having a very hard time thinking that Roberts would again rule in its favor, and I believe every one of tRump's lickspittles will do the same. Surely this cannot mean that the Democrats are to be entirely restricted by the ruling to enact new legislation, or can it?

And what about a Woman's Right to Choose. If they rule that it's illegal, it would render it also illegal in those states that have established it as legal. I guess this means that women will be required to be under the thumbs - once more of authoritarian misogynists whose only real goal is to strip women of the capability of freely pursuing advanced studies that would allow them to enter - and maintain - places of professional accomplishment without having to choose forced motherhood over their professional careers, or vice versa. Will they also with this now expected ruling render birth control, including voluntary sterilization illegal also?

something up and running...the rest of it is going to require adding judges both to the SCOTUS and to lower courts.
