Should new legislation be proposed and made into law to address future Insurrection?

I paid attention to the moron who said, "we'll be back with 30,000 guns".....I don't think the lesson has been learned by the very dedicated hardcore mercenaries that will fight to install Donald Trump. Lots of Russian money to be had overthrowing our Democracy.

It is not the law, it is the corrupt sociopathic leadership we have.

Next time, there might be no rally.....just a full scale attack and decapitation of our government.

My extreme hope is - given the "special" relationship of the City-State to the current Federal Government, we get a serious battle plan put together. Helicopters firing rubber bullet machineguns would be a very tactical response with minimal property damage and human deaths.

If the legal framework is there, then we revise and update as necessary....in an expeditious manner.
