'20 record voter turnout prompts GOP voter suppression

https://www.witf.org/2021/01/31/gop-lawmakers-seek-tougher-voting-rules-after-record-turnout/

"GOP lawmakers seek tougher voting rules after record turnout.
The Brennan Center for Justice, a public policy institute, has already tallied more than 100 bills in 28 states meant to restrict voting access."

I'm starting to think the GOP has convinced themselves that their real enemy is democracy itself.

Not terribly different than what they did after 2008 and pretty much every year after that they keep pushing more and more restrictions. Some have been dropped, overruled, etc. but there are still too many laws and roadblocks to voting for a voters whom tend to vote Democratic.
