They are strong arming Manchin by going around him to his constituents in one of the poorest states in the country. They didn't accidentally offend him as CNN seems to think, they are applying pressure intentionally.

Manchin sounds like a prima donna. VP Harris gave specifics that job hungry families can get their heads around.

I can't believe that Manchin still sounds like he's in the pocket of big coal when that industry is diminishing.
