6. Does that mean I can put him down for supporting a base $15 minimum wage with locality offsets?

Along with single payer/Medicare for under 22/over 45 to support small businesses and minimum wage families? Maybe toss in 24/7 Daycare or after school family supplemental program so that working parents have some place where their kids are safe, fed and would have a chance to finish school work or play in a supervised location rather than being left home alone?

Locality offsets would mean that in high CoL areas, the minimum wage will go up to $22 an hour. And of course, we'd have to get turn tips into bonus payments instead of income and have different regulations for those.
To pay for this, we can easily add a .001% tax on all stock market trades, lift the Social Security cap, restore the tax tiers to the early Reagan levels, heck, all sorts of things that aren't going to cost more than an impromptu 3-day weekend outing for those who would be paying for it.

The cost of a civilized, advanced society should not be borne by those who cannot afford it. That includes small businesses that aren't niche real estate or hedge funds.

But I don't expect most GOP to understand that.
