One of the best things about DU

is the coverage of special events.

It is killing me that I cannot be around today to watch the impeachment move forward. I probably will not be able to see much of any of it BUT (and that is a big BUT, everyone has a big butt...thank you Pee Wee Herman) I know it will be covered so thoroughly here that it will be almost as good as watching it myself.

I will sneak in when and if I can but if not I know I will not miss anything about it when I can finally sit down to read it here.

Thank you all so much, those of you who host the threads and those who post in them just to talk or to pass the info along for those of us who cannot watch.

7. YES! DU's coverage of events is more exhaustive and detailed than

any single source one could follow in a big event. In large events our "friends" greatly increase their hate-browsing, in no small part because even though they may not be capable of admitting it to themselves, they too are seeking credible information on what is going on, and there is no better place than DU.
