Oh wow I can't believe it about that...

is what every post that has no context or explanations about its content reads to me.
Examples like this:
How about that Rudy?
Oooo about Tuberville.
Can't believe Lindsey did that!

Friends don't let friends put up context free posts.
Don't post stupid stuff that says nothing.

Ask yourself, should this be a reply to a thread and not its own post?
If you have no info in the post the answer is yes.

You should have a clear idea what my posts are about at least. I try and avoid people having to click on my posts and waste their time if they are not interested.

https://www.thoughtco.com/journalists-questions-5-ws-and-h-1691205

The questions a journalist answers in the lead of a conventional newspaper article are

who
what
when
where
why
how

They are also known as the Five W's and an H and reporters' questions.

The 5Ws + H formula has been attributed to English rhetorician Thomas Wilson (1524-1581), who introduced the method in his discussion of the "seven circumstances" of medieval rhetoric:

Who, what, and where, by what helpe, and by whose,
Why, how and when, doe many things disclose.
— The Arte of Rhetorique, 1560
