He can raise as much money as he wants under the umbrella of his “Stop the Steal” nonprofit. Whether, at some time in the future, either the IRS or the FEC finds such fundraising “improper” is a completely different question.

and then proceeds to form his own party. To Hell with em! He only does what he thinks is in his own best interests. Grifting must begin asap.
