Puerto Rico first, then Guam, then VI. And there are interesting questions about Cherokee Nation.

Your right of course, but I was thinking about territories. (Guam has more population than US VI)

Not to mention the Virgin Islands.
If they are in favor Im all for it. But not if it is by a real small percentage. 60% in favor, ok. 52%, I have reservations because that could swing back the other way.

and the difficulty the mayor had on Jan. 6 that she wouldnt have had if she were a governor makes a compelling case. The population is larger than that in several states, too.
