The hard reality about Cruz is that many applaud saying attaboy

Take advantage of whatever you can. Just as many are saying about Whinny Donny who paid, what, $700 income tax? Take advantage of the “system.”

The only question in 2024 would be which opinion prevails. At least with a Democratic administration he will not be able to shower TX with “pork” one hopes.

I'm doubtful much will change in Texas after this unless democrats can win governorship and state offices. And there will still be repubs who will block any progress.

look at that. The military needs a total overhaul and downsizing. Texas may be the place to start.
