Me too (no pun intended). Like someone said earlier. If they can get rid of Cuomo then the Lt. Gov. takes over, pardons Don at the state level and Don skates again. They didn't start this narrative until Don lost his contracts in NYC and Cyrus Vance got his hands on Dons taxes.

that removes their inhibitions and their good judgement?

I don't have an opinion about Cuomo's innocence or guilt, I have not followed the story that closely. But if he is found to be guilty, then he has to face the music like the rest of us would.

I am as horny and lusty as the next guy, but I would not have, and did not ever push myself on a woman, because you just don't do that kind of thing. I had a mother, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, wife and daughter, and I tried to treat women the way I would expect other men to treat the women that I care about. I did not find it a difficult task. I have gotten along well with women and had many workplace women friends, but the relationships were based on mutual respect and limits. I would never do anything with my women friends that I wouldn't talk to my wife about.

The celebrities that pull that kind of stuff are just plain stupid. You wonder, if they ever watch the news....

We went through women being attacked for stepping forward to accuse a powerful democratic politician before. Their motives were said to be foul.

I say let this play out, the situation is now being investigated.

In the tweet, he starts with: Like someone said earlier.

Perhaps this someone was talking about the line of succession for the Presidency. On the 6th had Pence and Nancy been removed... was part of many discussions. Maybe the author knows just enough words to show off his smarts.

Why would someone write something like that before checking into the party of the Lt. Governor? Hochul isn't going to pardon Trump. I suspect he doesn't have a clue who she is or her background.

Not sure why Burns would retweet it, either. Come on, people. Think!

On edit: Burns was mocking it, which seems clear now. Still don't know why it was worth bringing attention to.

It's just an odd thing to post.

Apparently, "we" miss Trump so much already that we have to replace his conspiracy theories with our own.

I seem to have misunderstood Burns' intent. It seems that he's mocking it. Not sure how I missed that the first time.

Gov. Cuomo chose this former Congress member to run on NY"s combined ticket with him.
She's a moderate Pro-life Democrat who would have absolutely NO incentive to help Trump.
For starters, it would obliterate her chances of winning another election. 'Nuff said.

if somehow in this mess one were to manage to win the gov's mansion in 2022.

The attempt to takedown Cuomo started on the far right but some on the left (many of whom have their own political motivations) are piling on. Timing is everything in politics. Why now? It's all very reminiscent of the Tara Reid stuff.

Her story clearly didn’t stand up to any scrutiny at all. The first Cuomo accuser is a Democrat that is running for Manhattan Borough President, details of her story have been out for months. A second former aide has stepped forward within the last three days.

This is more like the Al Franken situation. We will have to see whether more women step forward.

Just because the staffer is a Democrat doesn’t mean much considering there’s a whole contingent who want to primary so-called “establishment” Democrats.

of the incidents say that nothing happened. That is why it is most important for other women to step forward. What happened with Franken was a pattern of behavior was established, that led people to call for his resignation.
