This is hilarious. An actual Senator in the US Senate is suggesting that Biden isn't "really in charge" because he tweets normal stuff and doesn't constantly call into cable TV to give interviews. Maybe it's because he's busy being president and doesn't try to govern by tweet?

Senator Cornyn had gotten used to Trump's vitriol. When President Biden shows respect, and acts in an adult manner it freaks the poor Senator out.
