SCENE: A dejected VIRGINIA sits pensively in an empty room, alone with its thoughts.
VIRGINIA: "Sure, we're a Southern state, but not *that* kind of Southern state...I really truly thought we had turned a corner at this point. That we could be a shining example of what it means to be the New South. That we had officially ushered in a new, blue progressive Virginia..."
FLORIDA enters room, grabs a folding chair, quickly flips it around backwards, places it directly in front of VIRGINIA and sits down on it.
FLORIDA: "Let me tell you a thing or two about a thing or two."
FLORIDA briefly pauses and sees GEORGIA standing shyly in the far corner of the room.
FLORIDA: "You might want to have a listen to this as well, my friend."
