The passenger was denied boarding onto a Southwest Airlines flight Friday morning after refusing to a wear a mask and became "irate" after they could not find their luggage, an arrest affidavit showed. An officer responded and said the passenger began "using loud obscene language down the concourse where other passengers could hear."
The officer warned the passenger they would be arrested for disorderly conduct if they continued to behave in that way, and released them to catch their next flight. ... Southington Police said Henderson entered the store without fully wearing a face mask became upset when a man told him to fix it.
According to police, witnesses said Henderson became upset, spit towards the man, used racial slurs towards him, and threatened to damage the property.
Henderson was finally arrested after Meriden Police located him. He faces charges of second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias and second-degree breach of peace ...

Officials say several meeting attendees refused to comply with the New York state masking mandate, and were repeatedly asked to comply. Eventually, district officials say, everyone did, except for the one person who was arrested for trespassing.
Officials say before the public portion of the meeting, several attendees became disruptive. Thats when BOE President Brian OConnor and Superintendent Dr. Casey Kosiorek suspended the meeting and the auditorium was cleared.
