I think he was referring to certifying the election, but the truth of it comes out much different.
In actuality, I believes he expected the Republic to fall at the hands of the Trump insurrection, and a Trump-led totalitarian empire to emerge. It's the truth buried in the "Stop the Steal" lie.

In truth, the Steal was Stopped on the morning of January 7th when Vice-President Pence and those members of Congress who were loyal to the Constitution and the rule of law certified the Electoral College vote of an open, honest, and fair election that had been certified by all 50 states. A vote that clearly acknowledged Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the winners of the 2020 Presidential Election.

last few years. I would not be surprised if he is connected world-wide and responsible for the nationalistic trend in many European countries. I also think those connections will involve members of very wealthy families who help fund these insurrectionist attempts in multiple countries.
