I know this is armchair quarterbacking but, it seems to me that two factors that cut against

Rittenhouse have not been addressed in his trial.

First, he shot one Defendant four times in .76 seconds.

People TRAIN to fire in such bursts for combat or other situations where the shooter's life is at stake. Better to stop a threat with just one of 3 or 4 shots than miss with a single shot. There is no need to assess the necessity of each shot because the life-threatening circumstances justify "whatever it takes" to survive.

Second, once a person decides to fire in bursts, he has to PRACTICE in order to pull that trigger 4 times in .76 seconds.

IMHO, Rittenhouse was a 17 year old Rambo-wannabe who did just what he had fantasized about and trained for.
