I'm thinking now that the vote has been pushed to tomorrow, he really has no incentive to continue much longer. Unless, of course, he actually plans to keep going all the way through tomorrow.
I'm going to say 1:55 AM he'll finish, but at the moment, he appears to still be going strong.

But scared? Doubtful. He knows that there will probably be ZERO repubs voting for the bill, and he knows that it will pass. I'm sure he has no illusions about that.
But by doing this, he feels it raises his stature, and like I said, it appeals to the lowest common denominator of his party.
