Bullhorn Boy is one of the most obnoxious, rude, hateful, gleefully ignorant and colossally stupid people I've ever seen in my life, and his accomplice isn't any better. UGH, I wasn't even there and I want to wring his disgusting neck!

If anyone wants to know why some people cheer when freedumb spouting antivaxxrers and maskholes like this end up in the icu, they need to watch this. (I try not to actually cheer myself, but I have a really hard time mustering up any sympathy for people like these two when covid ends up claiming them. They are practically begging for it, playing chicken with a deadly pandemic while having the unmitigated gall to insult and berate others for trying to stay safe.)

By the way, how is it legal to walk down a city street randomly yelling into a bullhorn at passersby? Don't most cities have laws against doing this sort of thing (outside of an organized protest with the proper permit)?

That douchebag has been filming himself all over NYC harassing kids at schools, people on the street, etc. And twitter users like Patriot Takes really amplify him. (As do people like Ron Flipowski.)

I'm so conflicted by those people who do. IF it weren't for Patriot takes, he would just be another loud ass weirdo in NYC shouting into the wind. We've got plenty of them.

But now, look at all the people from different places on DU who are aware of him and what he says.

How many people will come across it, share it, and his voice will be captured by like minded people... he'll monetize his anti mask message... gain more notoriety....

It just really sucks.

11. I don't condone violence,

but simply because of how life can be, Mr. Bullhorn is going to be talking shit as he walks by someone who just lost a family member to Covid.

And because that family member is so distraught, he/she is going to grab that bullhorn, and use it to knock out Mr. Bullhorn's teeth.

And it's going to happen so fast and out of the blue, that the distraught family member is going to manage to avoid having his/her face captured on camera, and he/she is going to walk away quickly, and he/she will never be found or prosecuted for the terrible bullhorn incident.

Of course it is unfortunate that this is the way life is sometimes, but Mr. Bullhorn needs to understand the way life can be, and that some people firmly believe that anti-maskers put lives at risk.

So Mr. Bullhorn, and those like him, need to examine the pros and cons of screaming anti-mask sentiments over a bullhorn to people who in one way or another may have felt the devastating effects of Covid.

Also, with life being what it is, Mr. Bullhorn needs to come to grips with the fact that people who mask and social distance, and get vaxxed and boosted are not cowards, in fact, they are the opposite of cowards. Doing the right thing under difficult conditions takes courage. Talking shit over a bullhorn and spewing untruths just takes a big mouth and a craving for attention.

That's the way life is. There are righteous reasons to express truths in speech, there are really no righteous reasons to express lies over a bullhorn to people who may have experienced a loss.

Because, Mr. Bullhorn, some people have run out of fucks to give about people like you. I'm not saying that's right or wrong of course, but rather, I'm just saying that's how it is.
