Operative word is "was". I had to run there today & half the customers were maskless.
I've been seeing more like 80% until today.
Annoying to see regression in the middle of a surge.

are laid low with Covid. Even the amoral selfish profit-seeking of corporations yields a strong interest in minimizing virus transmission -- just to keep the cogs in the machine present and functioning. Repukes are so dug in on the culture war aspect of Covid they are crosswise with what is good for big business... an infrequent occurrence.

1917 - it was pretty small in those days. His parents moved out there to cure the TB. It didn't work.

Went down the street to Costco and nearly 100% masks - one asshole who stuck out like a sore thumb.

It was Walmart policy nationwide for employees to wear masks.

I am glad to report that the last time I was in that store...last Tuesday that all but 1 was wearing a mask. So, y complaint was answered.
