Is Donald Trump daring the DOJ to act?

With his dangerous and inciteful comments at his recent rally?

It looks and smells like seditious conspiracy.

So far, only one person has been charged with "seditious conspiracy", that I have heard about. Elmer "What's-his-name"?

I think the US Marshals and the US Attorneys, and maybe the FBI, may need to be re-inforced, in a few places, especially those states and towns where they hold rallies?

The DOJ needs to make its presence known, in my humble opinion.

That statement was a carefully crafted work of English grammar designed to make the utterance criminally non-chargable.

He's soiling his Depends over his situation, to put it politely. He knows he will be indicted, and he's saying he will break everyone's toys if they won't play by his rules.

Special grand jury in Atlanta for the perfect phone call, DoJ in DC, NY AG and USA in Manhattan working together.

Some voices griped about how long the grand jury took in Georgia. I see it differently, because of the gravity and multiple jurisdiction issues

What will be interesting is to what degree DoJ uncovers evidence connecting these conspiracies and how they converged on Jan. 6. Who was #FailedCoupGuy meeting in secret, and who do those individuals connect with? Who are the background players, the directors, the coup choreographers, as elements of the mob (used as cover) are running paramilitary, overthrow-the-government maneuvers against the Capitol and Constitution? But this wasn't a movie, it was a failed attempt to end the United States. Indictments are coming.

He understands the game now. The DOJ will move at a snails pace. He will use the time to gin up his violent mob into a force that will frighten everyone and make the DOJ think twice about bringing charges.

This is his MO: when they come after you, go after them with three times the force. He has proven over and over that he is willing to destroy anything he perceives as a threat. And, while he is dumber than a box or rocks, he is a master of destruction.

"No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof".

I'm sure that's exactly the needle that the J6 Committee and DOJ are hoping to thread and the race is and has been on. The damage he's causing in the meantime has only fortified their case.
