I can draw only one conclusion:

Some of you here (and it's a minority) are desperate to convince everyone that Sandy is another Katrina. There's considerable evidence it is not, but that doesn't stop some from trying. So the question is why? To confirm your own narrative that the government whether under bush or Obama is unresponsive and uncaring? To convince people that there's no difference really between Obama and bush?

There's something about this attempt to make an awful situation worse that makes me queasy.

But it's clear that this is completely different from Katrina - in every way possible. I fear the coming months if people are still homeless and the winter storms make a recovery even more difficult.

I've been trying to figure out if there is a Tzar like job for someone. And if there is, what would the main focus be from here on?
