... the House Ways and Means committee have a way of making it public. By releasing it into the congressional record. Personally I would like them to do that as a big FU to TFG for delaying the release for so long... If he played nice they'd just take their time in reviewing them per their rules. But since they're out of time just outsource it to the crowd to inspect - i.e. you and me.
