By appellate court standards, this case has proceeded at blazing speed.

It's not uncommon for appellate opinions to be issued months after oral argument.

I believe your ire is a bit misplaced.

I was hoping this was the full court, but it's the 3-judge panel.

So, * appeal to the full Circuit to follow, with an appeal to the SCOTUS after that. The delays will continue.
