The Oath says "support/defend the Constitution...true faith/allegiance to same" - everybody

Was going to say, Today would be a good day for my local radio wingnuts to renounce/denounce Drumpf. Actually 2015 would have been excellent for doing that. But the entire Wingnut party was just craving the blood of “winning” Power and owning the Libs and vengeance for their being victims as the new Silent EX-majority.

Some repeated questions have been: How can any decent person support an obvious Con/Mob clown like Drumpf? How can they not believe their lying eyes? And, what will it take for them to renounce/denounce him?

So we have seen the Wingnut party renounce, instead, all of their supposed core values – small government, more-Patriotic-than-thou, love of the military, Character and Personal Responsibility, etc. All gone. And in the place of those, the formerly unspoken Permission to spout racism and authoritarianism. All of that Power delivered to them by Drumpf, therefore the price being what passed for their Soul.

What will it take to renounce him? Since his metier is MARKETING, the STUNTS that are the biggest and flashiest and most attention-getting, here we are at the max (for now): His attack at the jugular Constitution. How can this one be topped? I say, with his trove of J. Edgar HOOVER blackmail files he has accumulated on everybody, just bring’em all down with him.

And the Wingnut leaders and zombies don’t CONDEMN him on the face of it at all. They won’t repudiate him, desperately hoping that he won’t be around via losing the nomination or who-knows-JAIL, but still saying they will support him if he is the nominee. Whaa? Support somebody who proposes to delete the Constitution?

There hasn’t been commentary about the OATH OF OFFICE to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” – It doesn’t matter that he’s not the President, it’s really an oath for all members of the country, not just the President or military or Federal employees.

Have the Wingnut “Oath Keepers” heard about this – after all it’s in the name they took.

Not just primary voting. They know who these people are and they are armed to the teeth. One group had actual plans to kidnap a Governor. These are people the GOP has known they have and until Trump they were placated mainly with 2A stuff. Trump brought them out, empowered them.

You can’t put a round back in the barrel and the genie doesn’t go back in the bottle.

Because I absolutely think we should say that at every opportunity. Kind of like how "defund the police" went from a call to rein in out-of-control police bureaus morphed into "let the criminals run the place." Except in this case, we don't have to twist or subvert it, we can use the very words the former guy used and adapt it to our purpose.
