Borowitz is, of course, a funny guy, but it's a painful book to read. I might have had a breakdown if Walker won, because even among this set of fools, from Reagan through the Bushes to Trump, Walker was a whole new level.

(47,691 posts)there likely is someone out there who is even worse than Walker. In recent years, we've learned there is no bottom with these people. There is always something worse waiting in the wings.
Shit we thought Palin was as ding-bat as they come. Little did we know!

Walker will no doubt fade in a way that sadly, trump never will. it's a scandal that the race was as close as it was.
