With all these trial going on he seems to have faded into the background. He was so prominent in the insurrection planning, seems he should've been arrested and also tried.
Anyone know anythng?

(4,465 posts)Ali's now Ye's "Presidential Campaign Coordinator." He's mixed up with Ye, Nick Fuentes, and that whole crew. He took over when they shoved Milo Yiannopoulos overboard a couple of weeks ago, I think.

PostJanuary 6
After January 6, a Biggs spokesperson said Biggs had had no connection with Alexander; Biggs himself later said that Alexander had exaggerated Biggs' and other members' involvement.[19][55] A Brooks spokesperson said Brooks had "no recollection of ever communicating in any way with whoever Ali Alexander is".[67]
Alexander said in April 2022 that he would cooperate with the Justice Department investigation into the attack, after receiving a subpoena from a federal grand jury that was investigating broad categories of people involved in Trump rallies prior to the attack. Alexander was close to longtime Trump associate Roger Stone, with whom he spoke about "logistics" and the "warring factions" of rally organizers prior to the attack. Alexander gave the January 6 committee all of his communications with Stone from the day of the attack.[68] On June 24, 2022, Alexander testified for nearly three hours before a federal grand jury.[69]
On August 30, 2022, Alexander stated to the Nebraska Examiner that he would be at the Capitol again on January 6, 2025, with the purpose of being there for "whatever the Congress certifies". He intends to hold a "peaceful event", commenting that in the 2024 United States presidential election, "there's going to be a winner [and] there's going to be a loser." In that same interview, Alexander commented that he does not regret being at the attack, though expressed that he wished "he asserted himself" on January 6. Alexander additionally commented that he is facing $100,000 in "legal fees", and is currently facing a lawsuit brought against him by Capitol police officers.[70]
Following Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's victory over Jair Bolsonaro in the 2022 Brazilian general election, Alexander called for a military coup in Brazil. "Take to the streets, brothers of Brazil!" he wrote on the social-media app Truth Social. "Military standby. Peacefully and patriotically!"[71]

(1,795 posts)...immediately after concluding the previous one! We're talking literally minutes later, as he is walking out of the court building.
So he's been pretty busy with court appearances, and probably legal threats to lay low by the authorities. He also seems to have pretty good legal representation. It doesn't hurt that his mother is a lawyer.
