the texas democratic party

before anyone starts to get upset about "bashing democrats" or other nonsense this article makes a lot of sense. whatever the texas democratic party is doing its not working. and needs to change...

this is one of teh most daming parts of the article

A few weeks ago, on a post-election call with multiple candidates who ran in the 2022 election and lost, several of them said they never heard from the State Party one time…not until two weeks before the election, when they got a phone call for money

It's like they just gave up on us here. Demmings had a fabulous campaign but unfortunately, we lost to that slimy creature.

He is a good man and knows that it is time to step down. Gilberto was planning to step down at the 2022 convention if Wendy Davis had agreed to step up and become chairperson but that deal fell through. I suspect that there will be some reorganization in the party

he needs to go now. its obvious whatever the partys been doing isnt working. there needs to be an entirely new crew of leadership, the old guard has failed.

Does a failed ceo get to pick his replacement? And the Texas Democratic Party is a failure

In many parts of the state, it’s dysfunctional as hell. Good candidate’s can’t even get backing because “it’s a waste of effort and money” to even try. Might as well be a coffee club.

But in some areas, like in San Antonio, they’ve been kicking ass and taking names.
