(4,788 posts)Another guy, Austin Carter, was arrested as well, although it doesn't sound like he had any J6 involvement. Kelley also involved a 3rd man, who worked with Carter. He told them in a meet-up that if he was 'rounded up' again, they were to act. They were supposed to recruit some more lunatics, and then travel to the Knoxville FBI office and kill as many people as possible, before moving on to a list of LEOs who were involved with his first arrest.
Carter brought a copy of the list to work shortly thereafter, and gave it to the 3rd man, now called Witness 1. While it's unclear how Witness 1 was initially involved with Kelley, he apparently had no interest in murdering a bunch of people. Once the work day was done, Witness 1 took it straight to the police. He subsequently recorded conversations with the two morons for the FBI.
Fucking lunatics.

d. On December 14, 2022, at approximately 3:45 PM, Witness 1 had a recorded call with KELLEY over Service 1. KELLEY started the call by saying: "I just sent Austin [CARTER] a message, here's your course of action: if I'm extradited to DC or you don't hear about my status within 24 or 48 hours of my, if they are coming to arrest me again, start it. You guys are taking them out at their office.
What you and Austin [CARTER] need to do is recruit as many as you can, call [UI] who you need to, and you're going to attack their office. If the same thing happens to any of you guys, I'm doing the same thing, okay?" Witness 1 replied, "just to make sure I'm understanding which office, we're going after the Knox one, right?" KELLEY replied "yes."
KELLEY further told Witness 1 "once you guys have enough people ... you don't have time to train or coordinate, but every hit has to hurt, every hit has to hurt."

(70,635 posts)According to court documents, Edward Kelley from Maryville is charged in a criminal complaint filed in federal court in the District of Columbia with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, civil disorder, destruction of government property and related offenses.

The DOJ said Kelley got a list of law enforcement personnel who participated in the investigation into charges stemming from the Jan. 6 insurrection. They said he discussed collecting information and plans to kill the personnel on the list with Carter.
Those talks included discussions of an attack on the FBI's field office in Knoxville, according to a release from the DOJ.
"During the walk, Kelley made a statement to the effect of, 'With us being such a small group, we will mainly conduct recon missions and assassination missions,"' one witness in the criminal complaint said. The witness said Kelley asked them to "reach out to your cop buddies" to collect information about people on the list.

Now who or whom were his "Tennessee cop friends" who gave him the list of FBI agents?
