A friend in Canada also sent this to me
Disgruntled high rise Condo resident.
Had a running battle with other residents and the Condo Board of directors.
He lost it and decided to shoot through the doors of other residents
The police shot him dead
Mental health again.....but apparently he has aired his issues for sometime on social media
