working over Christmas, it would appear. I note one (two?) publisher has now said they won't put it out until January, but the New Yorker/Celadon publication with David Remnick and Jamie Raskin as well as the NYTimes/Twelve Books Pub. versions still say they will be out Dec 22 and 23, respectively. Hmmm.
