... are beginning to move, even if it seems like molasses in 17degree weather. You can kill 300 or so Texans from cold combined with incompetence only so many times and ignore it before voters catch on.

He did graduate as a 2nd Lieutenant in spring of '41 from Kelly Field. He then married mom in San Antonio.
In around 1961 we lived at Dyess AFB in Abilene where I was in 5th and 6th grade. And my longtime
girlfriend is from your state. So I know a little bit 'bout Texas.

Molly Ivins had a hilarious definition of the Texas Ledge that I just can't recall. She had many but one really stuck. Texas libs were so lucky to have her. Miss her.

... but even so, the best of the season to you, my friend, even if it's a needed warm afghan! I still use the one my grandmother gave me in 1970.
