(17,401 posts)drop people off in a residential neighborhood without proper clothing, no shelter or food in sight, probably
not even a map where they could find food and shelter with no money in their pockets, can the bus drivers
be arrested for "cruelty to humans"??? We do have "cruelty to animals" laws, surely there's something
the bus drivers could be charged with so they quit showing up unexpected and dropping bus loads
of people off at whoever's home they're told to deliver to. Don't we have abandonment laws?

(1,972 posts)...should be brought before a grand jury and made to testify under penalty of purgery, to find out what he or she knows...then work the way up the chain, and call in everybody involved.
Make it difficult for them to find bus drivers for their kidnapping plots.
And confiscate the bus.

I wonder how the drivers feel on their way back to Texas, especially if they didn't agree with what they were doing?

(53,093 posts)It never occurs to them that they are turning people away on Christmas eve as happened to Mary and Joseph--yet in sub-zero weather no less. Abbot and his ilk have no humanity or decency. They are among the worst who have ever walked on this planet. Please let there be a hell for people like them.

(10,252 posts)As a Texan, I am deeply ashamed that my gov is such a mean-spirited, heartless POS. On Christmas Eve no less. What was that bit about there was no place at an Inn for Joseph and Mary, so that's why they took shelter in a barn?"

(1,996 posts)I hope a special place is reserved for people like Abbott. He will do something like this to children and families on Christmas Eve yet I would bet he will be standing in a church today beating his chest as to what a good christian he is. Beyond disgusting and down right pathetic.

But then he wouldn't get to go on right wing media and laugh about how he was owning the libs with these stunts.

(16,844 posts)This may please his base, but they too LACK anything resembling Christianity.
Have the Republican voters of Texas figured out how much these inhumane cruel stunts are costing them? Greg Abbott is not doing this for FREE.

(82,849 posts)Their still-inadequate power grid is failing again. Luckily, the other 49 states stand ready to help. At no cost to Texas rate-payers.
