New Images Revealed of Scandal Rocking Oakland Police Department

A police sergeant is accused of crashing into a car in San Francisco, then driving away.

The crash was part of a report that determined Chief LeRonne Armstrong mishandled two investigations and now he’s on administrative leave.

Surveillance video first posted by the San Francisco Standard, and obtained through a public records request, apparently captured the incident. It shows the moments a department SUV crashed into a parked white Mercedes in San Francisco, stopped for about four to five seconds, then it drove away.

probably alcohol. Hitting a parked car then drving away, and firing a gun in an elevator doesn't exactly suggest sobriety.
