Tesla tweeted this afternoon: Come join our Engineering team in California!

So they're not just moving engineers back to California - or simply moving engineers who'd stayed in California rather than moving to Texas to a new HQ there, as I saw some of Musk's RW supporters on Twitter suggest (since they don't want to believe he's turning his back on Texas even a little).

He's short of engineers. He must be losing them because of his crazy behavior and management style with both Tesla and Twitter.

It's a win for us and a loss for MAGA. I do wonder if he's doing it because his pro MAGA twitter activities were hurting Tesla sales and moving his engineering department to CA provides some distance between him and MAGA.
