Uvalde cops buy *independent* investigation to clear themselves of wrongdoing

https://www.ksat.com/news/local/2024/03/07/takeaways-from-independent-expert-investigative-report-on-robb-elementary-shooting/

UVALDE, Texas – During a special meeting on Thursday, Austin-area investigator Jesse Prado presented his Independent Expert Investigative Report into the Uvalde Police Department’s response to the Robb Elementary shooting on May 24, 2022.

Then-mayor Don McLaughlin announced the investigation in July 2022. The investigation was supposed to take 60 to 90 days to complete. Nineteen months later, it finally is.

The report cost the city more than $100,000.

The council asked Prado, among other things, if there was any specific wrongdoing by any Uvalde police officers. Prado said the department did not commit any wrongdoing or violate any policy in its response to the elementary school.

Instead, Prado placed the blame on communication issues, crowds outside the school and officers not having the correct keys on hand.

The most important thing is for the COPS to safely go home at the end of their shift.

They didn’t even need to be there at all. After all they were just milling about while children were being gunned down and slaughtered.

But the enforcers have been exonerated yea for them I guess. Their conscience has been cleared of any wrongdoing.

I wish everyone one of those slaughtered individuals collectively haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Chicken Shits every last one of them including the yaw hoo who blamed everything but the enforcers.

Just like the Uvalde cops.

He hasn't come up with a suitable lie yet to justify exonerating all those cowards cops that let those innocent kids die.

The excuses given are just the expected scapegoating and victim blaming.

Picked carefully, paid money and everyone from down there (my home county) knew what he would say before he even started.

He has a history of these types of reports backing cops.

Plus, the sonofabitch sat through the entire meeting with his hat on. In case you don’t know what that means, it is total disrespect for a man to keep his hat on during a legal proceeding in which he is involved. Total asshole covering for total cowards.

The cowards blocked the parents who had the balls to do something. To hell with them, to hell with their lies. May they know need and have it unanswered.
