If you want to write a title for this kind of thread, much more Democratic would be to ask "How would he govern". We should not assume he will win, as your title does. It is easy you to edit your title. I can't do it for you.

And edit your text too. It is not how he's going to govern. He would have to win first, but Biden can defeat him if Democrats get out the vote. It should be how WOULD tRump govern, and only if he wins.

Accentuate the positive, don't play into the negative narrative.
