(92,582 posts)2. Under the Oslo Accords those reserves were legally under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority. Unfortunately
the Oslo Accords failed.

Nice try but you can't also conveniently ignore international law and a number of US resolutions establishing Palestinian rights to their land AND their resources.
And you can't just take the resources under people's land from right under their noses, just like you can't take their land.
