Question For Brooklynite

I live in central Pa. I have seen 59 TV ads for McCormack, I have seen 1 TV ad for Casey.

I have seen 59 TV ads for TSF, I have seen 21 TV ads for President Biden.

Why?

Casey is well known and has a LEAN-LIKELY D race while McCormick has no name recognition in PA (not living there) and has to advertise early.

Biden's campaign has said 1) most undecided voters are engaged this early; and 2) TV advertising has diminishing effectively in comparison to social media platforms.
