I could care less what authoritarians like Bloomberg think about gun control, or any other freedom-restrictive law for that matter.

Let him turn NYC into a gun-free zone and see how well that works out for them.

sometimes politics make strange bedfellows to those that hate Bloomberg

either you want to whine and get nothing or just for this issue, put your hatred aside and get behind this

do you want to do something meaningful or just bloviate stereotyped soundbytes
and misperceptions on other issues(as other issues are irrelvant.)
Next year he will have no official job, just curator of his funds to do as he wishes.

And he is a lifetime liberal from Boston who did what it took to win the Mayorship in 2001

but read his charity-ALL the billions he has given are to liberal issues, and he is the #1
environmentalist long before say Al Gore was involved.

Stop letting personal animosity to his mayoral position get in the way of common sense.
He is not running for any office(though he would be great as HS or Hillary's VP) but he ain't running.

And I am 100% anti-gun, anti-NRA and I like this 100%.

BTW-he is a true populist.

and the single most important thing I have found? The NRA hates him. And so do the people
here who are pro-gun, pro-NRA, they all despise him because they know how dangerous he can be toward getting rid of guns, especially pitting democrat anti-gun vs. democrat pro-gun
and having only anti-gun dems keep office

(and he will finance ANY anti-gun candidate, so it behooves it to be democratic candidates)
