A: At least 10 semi-automatic assault-style rifles, with laser sights and bump-fire stocks, with 100-round drums. You never know when that lightbulb will assault you when you're out walking the dog or in church.

...until everybody's got one. Then everyone draws and just keeps aiming at each other--thus assuring everyone's safety, because no one ever wants to shoot first in a Mexican standoff!
