Is to issue fire fighters body armor and heavy weapons. A fifty cal, pintle mounted on the roof to be used by the Engineer/combat specialist.
And every firefighter will be issued at least an MP-5 SMG.
Sadly somebody will take this post seriously.

For police to secure the area before going after the fire. Fires were set as traps for firefighters.
