is what I'd call it. Funny thing is, I once worked in a call center and was talking with a coworker (outspoken libertarian... who never shuts up about politics...) and he mentioned his hatred of pressing "1" for English.... not realizing that I'm bilingual and was one of the people who fielded our Spanish speaking calls. I responded by asking him (in Spanish) what problem he has with people trying to learn English.... I thought his head was going to explode!
