Sometime in the last couple of days, I hit 40,000 posts.

Never noticed when it happened.

Weird. I remember being in the "700 Club" with ZombyWoof back in 2001. We kept posting dumb things in response to each other in order to get up to the magic 800. I guess some would say I never really outgrew that busines about posting dumb things.

Like, for example, this post, I guess.

IIRC, I felt the need to reach 1000 posts by my 1st year anniversary on DU and spent the evening before exchanging silly posts in the lounge.

Remember the milestone threads? I loved them when my name was in one!!
